Alleged dirty dancers get clean slate

Both the Lubbock, Texas district attorney's office and the city attorney have decided to not pursue charges against eight Chippendale
dancers arrested a week ago while performing at a Texas sports club. Police claim the Chippendales violated the law because their show
"sexually stimulated and sexually gratified" the female audience.

Video voyeur bill moves ahead in Nevada

A key Nevada Senate committee voted unanimously Thursday for a bill to criminalize videotaping "private areas" of people under circumstances in
which they have "a reasonable expectation of privacy." Sen. Barbara Cegavske, R-Las Vegas, said she sponsored SB10 because authorities
currently can't charge voyeurs who try to capture such images.

Porn prank riles parishioners

Investigators in Santa Fe, New Mexico are trying to figure out who played sexually explicit audio recordings during an Ash Wednesday service.
Three CD boom boxes were found duct-taped under the pews at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. Explosives experts blew up two of them out of concern they could have been
makeshift bombs.
