The heart wants,
What the heart wants.
Though mind says no,
It says yes.

Back and forth,
Round and round.
Confusion sets in,
With a tug of fate.

Do you take a chance,
Risk another break.
Your mind,
Gets in the way.

The heart beats on,
Pulling more and more.
Taking that risk,
Just for another chance.

Perhaps this is the one,
With no more pain.
No more breaks,
Only time will tell.

The heart wants,
What the heart wants.
Given a chance,
And taking time.
