The orange street light outside flickers.
Silence fills the air.
Darkness covers me, like a warm blanket.
The moment is so peaceful.
Makes me dread sunrise.

very true

well, its 3.41am where i am in england, and i have a street-lamp right out side my window. Oddly, it does flicker from time to time. I liked the poem a lot, the night really is peaceful.
