Dreams float on butterfly wings swirling through a conscience breeze.

I am drawn like a moth to a candle flame trying to fulfill my desires yet cannot touch them like forbidden fruit.

I am imprisoned in an old rusty cage yet long for a brand new shiny one.

I care not that I am captured but satisfied to know that I belong to someone.

Oh how I long for that cage!

I have grown too big for my old one and need to feel the vastness of my beloved alien box.

It would be splendid to feel its smooth rounded bars and let its shadows caress me when the sun sets.

But most importantly, not only could I fit in there but so could my master.

What joy that would bring me and then I could finally swat the butterfly dreams away into oblivion.
