Silken fire of my heart aflame,
Living River of blood in my veins;
Earthen element of skin and bone
Breath in my lungs, a resounding tone.

Heated passions writhe in my breast,
Love erupting like a flame,
Vulcan’s pounding anvil in my ears;
Now this is no longer a game.

I kneel before you, no fear in my heart,
I am prepared to suffer for the art;
The sacrifice my friends have blessed
And now I am to be put to the test.

I stand before you, love in my heart,
No longer shall we be torn apart;
My tools laid lovingly on the ground,
Our friends and witnesses gathered around

I am blind before you, unable to see,
Inspiring as ever belief in thee;
Trussed, bound, kneeling and driven,
I seek your mastery wishing to be shriven.

Your eyes are bound so that they free
The Inner mind, with which you will see.
Your body is pinned, no move can you make
As the next step you begin to take

My promises made, my heart with no doubt,
I’ve come to understand I can’t be without;
Your love, your teaching, your firm caress;
I give you my all, as you give no less.

The oaths are sworn, your love is given,
Through obedience you will be shriven;
My hand strokes your body, naked and bare,
Loving the experience we now share.

Now I stand before you, unbound and free,
Knowing now what was kept from me;
I am pure, perfect and also divine,
The Goddess is within me, I am thine

At the end you will be set free,
Naked and glorious in your divinity;
Pure and perfect as you were intended,
Our lives now inextricably blended.

you can rhyme, take it further. A good percentage of the lines look they were put there just for the sake of rhyme.
