You threw it my way.  I easily caught it.
The days haunted.  The nights a dream.
Forever it remains.  From yesterday’s kiss
With knees shaking.  Your arms embraced.
The spell unbreaking.  Feel trapped within.
Take from my all.  Yet give me little.
Time passes by.  Still nothing changes.
Warn myself so.  Indeed I must forget.
Somehow move on.  Yet feel like dying.
To care for you.  World’s biggest fool?
Beyond the surface.  You will find me.
Behind the walls.  Within steel shell.
Is where you find.  This ardor for you.
Yet for yourself.  My heart is naught.

Interesting.

Short quick lines ~ almost a staccato effect. An interesting format.
