am I
To let love pass
me by.
It's been offered a time
or two
But just never could compare
to you.
You are a memory of a time
long ago
I still find I ache for
you though.
You are a spector in
my dreams
Never in life to touch
it seems.
But this fool will wait for
all time
In hope that someday you will
be mine.
