Valentine's Day comes but once a year,
Gifts are given to show how much one does care,
But I cannot give you gifts,
Only my love can I sent,
Wrapped up within this poem,
From me to you my special friend.

From the very first day I met you,
I knew this love was real,
Yet I find it hard to explain in words,
How you truly make me feel,
But if asked to sum it all up,
So that you knew it was real,
I would say,

"I love you darling,
for forever and a day!"
