I don't give a fuck if you like my poetry
I like your ass bent over and hungry
I'm not begging for you to hear me
you hear only what suits you
and makes you smile for a moment

I'm doing push-ups when I shouldn't
starting to dream about blondes again
big tits in my face below a needy face

your "Blue Eyes in the Rain" did me in
until the phone rang and I ran to catch it
tonight snowbound she arrived somehow

this desolate space that protects me
in my need to get it right now

sure they all loved me enough to receive my cock
but the heart is where all time is kept
something larger than two tattoos
something more than death
one day at a time

don't send me your reaction
it's spent sweat based on ill design
I'm not angry, I'm starving for something more
more than you gave me when I asked

II.

I am smiling now
not because I force it
because it comes to me without a thought
you stand there smiling back
there are no needs for words now
no need to say that you were right

come here first and hold me
let me kiss your neck
let me feel your hot breath
in increasing rhythm
as your pulse climbs
the mountain of my final surrender

I am done with her
she bled me until there was no blood
it was a first, a thirst, the worse
choice I have ever made

III.

We walk the sea the sea speaks to you to me
we have that in common
I peak over your shoulder and see your nipples hard
your low moans and loving smile warm my balls
one step at a time

our souls dance as if they had it planned
before I swore you were not my kind.

IV.

It was inevitable we would end up here
me denying I'd allow it
you in a snow storm so out of place
there is no need for stories now
let the animal in both of us command

I tell you I will take you
you are no imposter
I have read you and heard you
I have walked away from you for years
let the dance begin.

V.

You have eyes that bury my fears
wide open and complete
I will take you tonight
and never look back
I am ready now

ready to take you
where you need to go

In the morning we can laugh
and munch on bagles
East Coast style
no more need to fantasize

Blantantly honest and true to life. When a great love is lost and pain is all consuming, sometimes there are those of us who seek the shelter in another's arms. Very true and real writing....way to go!

Wow!

Such a release is seldom witnessed. Refreshing, honest, and quite rewarding. I do hope you got my feedback earlier. xoxoxoxo
