Adrift on a desert sea waves of sand lapping at my hull
I am a ship lay grounded by the madness in my skull

Tossed upon a barren wasteland sailing to nowhere
I am a motionless traveler never getting anywhere

Lost on the grainy vastness of this cerebral shore
I am bound by mental barriers moored forever more

The future holds the promise, at least that's what they say
That one day the water will come and I will sail away
