I place it to my lips.
Just inserting the tip.
Not doing it too quick.
I begin to imbibe on it.
Tasting it’s flavor.
As it lingers in my mouth.
Like a superficial fix.
I could not live without.
As I inhale taking it all in.
This is not the beginning.
It’s merely just then end.
To a superb moment.

normal jeanabout 20 years agointeresting word selection, however perhaps inappropriate in this form for this poem, or you could change **imbibe on it**, to "imbibe of it " since imbibe means to drink...just a suggestion :)
