Alan's Mom

Alan's mother was a whore
Her clients said she offered more
In the menu of fuck and suck
Than other women who served the truck
Stop where she plied her trade
With several other pimps and staid
Old time whores who offered what
Happens when men require a slut
Alan saw his mommy go
Out in the rain and in the snow
It wasn't till he was older
That he learned his mom was bolder
And why the other kids would laugh
At recess or when school time was half'ed
Years later Johnny Blake was called to serve
His buddies planned a party perve
And hired Alan's mom
To entertain out at the farm
Where she took on the lot of them
With blow jobs and stuff that fems
Can only do when the men are inspired
To enact perversions with whom they've hired
It seems they used her three at a time
Her mouth, her cunt and her behind
She consented to this rougher sex
That got a bit more complex
When Leroy tried to slip
His cock alongside Rudy's prick
To make a foursome that was rude
Then someone started throwing food
In short they made a mess of the whore
And kicked her then outside the door
With three hundred dollars for a night
When they'd agreed that five was right
The whore took the cash and trudged
On home to find her son was on the phone
His eyes met hers then surveyed the scene
Her fishnet stockings still held whip cream
Her hair held remnants of spaghetti
Her bare shoulders smeared with confetti
Alan put down the phone
The two of them were all alone
We know he turned to wash the dishes
His mom complained of dirt he misses
And in a flash a black handled knife
Slit her throat and took her life
Yes, Alan's mother was a whore
We won't say even one word more
Even the dead deserve some grace
When they have eternity to face
She's buried at Simeon's Garden, well
Her poor son is locked up in a cell
It's been now thirty years he's payed
His debt for the mother that he slayed
They say one day he's coming back
With a bible and some clothes he's packed
And a black handled knife that's inserted
Between Exodus 21-24, if you've flirted
With bible study, you'll recall
Is "the eye for an eye" line that tells us all
They'll be more blood on Alan's sleeve
When he gets home to relieve
His guilt on those he found
Are the guys who still hang around
And caused his life to end in sin
And put him in that cell he's in
But do these men deserve the blame
For Alan's murderous act and fame?
Some laugh and say he's coming to holler
For the missing two hundred dollar
And some one put them in a frame
At Casey's bar if you want the name
They're on the wall behind a glass
The two green bills now faded at last
And written on the yellow backing is a slip
That says, "These here bills are the tip
For Alan's mom who got shortchanged
And caused her boy to get deranged.
We're sorry we kicked her out the door
And we're sorry Alan, that your mom was a whore"

You need to paragraph your monoblocks of text.

Couldn't get these old eyes to follow the story line without losing my place. Cheers

Those of you who want/prefer short pity poems, please don't shoot me!

I enjoy writing in this ballad/story mode, a unique American form (with British roots) as performed by Robert Service a hundred years ago and yet strikingly modern. The fact is, there was an "Alan" and he was a childhood friend and although there is some poetic license here, he did kill his mother under these exact circumstances. I used to tussle with him at fisticuffs etc. but I never made the mistake to criticize his dish washing skill.

As we grow up we are forced to leave many behind but I chose to remember some of that forgotten legion of lost souls so they may not be forgotten.....
