He looked into his drink and as he spoke
It was more to the wall than to any who sat there.
He said "All women are control freaks.
They differ only in the nature of that control
And how good at it they are." He was wrong
Of course. But I could not find the words
To tell him where he erred.

this one

Plays with my mind a bit. I'm now sure if yoyou're sarcastic, serious or what to say I kind of agree with the drinking man, and from the look of the final line so does the narrator.

Not sure he was wrong

But I guess when he said "all"he had to be wrong. That being said, I couldn't fine the words to argue either. Strong women can be meek but why? But then every action is selfishly motivated, right and all men are like children.

Clear and sharp, Cleardaynow - succinct. I can see him there, hear his voice

Was he wrong?

I like this one. Great finish.
