Some sticks, stupid looking, place a ball on them.
Enter a kid, armed with a bat.
Dreams not yet dreamed and some about to come true.

Fear that he'll miss, or see you laugh if he does.
You'll laugh even if he hits it.
Now you fear his success.

He takes aim and does'nt know what to do.
He turns to the one he trusts, and,
you better not be laughing.

You encourage him and the rest does'nt matter.

His dreams at one end of the bat.
Yours at the other.

Very cute...

Who knows, maybe this could be how Barry Bonds started out.
