that raging restless sea
those rolling seasick waves
fade in from black to gray

that hollow howling sound
the whining whistling wind
now winding swiftly down

how soft the daylight breaks
the light that illuminates
a now strangely silent sea

in ruby-sequined robes
bare-shouldered skin of gold
dawn witnesses the show

a bolt of lightning strikes
and within that flash of light
on seahorse neptune rides

his massive shaft exposed
he plunges to the sea
discharging energy

erupting deep inside
thighs tensed with swelling tide
the ocean opens wide

the body pink and warm
kissed soft by morning sun
an ocean child is born.
