for a moment its quiet
and all i do is think of you
and get hard…my mind races
with fornicating images of us
flickering across my fevered brain…
it seems almost insane to have found you
beneath all these piles of rubble
yet not to fold you in my arms
a thousand times a day…
i might call it cruel except
i don’t want to upset this apple cart…
and speaking of apples…i think
apples are fine until ive had an orange
to compare it to…you never know
what you miss until you have it to miss…
and that’s really what I want
I want to eat an orange.
