He came to her
an answered prayer,
a whisper on the wind.
He walked upon the heated coals.
She let him wander in.
He pulled her close,
embraced her tight,
helped her to live again.
He called her name
and loved her much.
She’s resting deep within.
He brushed her hair
and held her right.
Their loving soon begins.
He kissed her brow,
touched her cheek,
and called her back to him.
He was the one she needed.
Now finally she mends.
Their kiss lights up the darkness.
Passion has no end.
They bend and twist and tumble
both of them ascend.
They rest upon each other.
Their love it can not end.
Their scent is like no other
and so they start again.
Two souls lost in power,
sharing the victor’s win.
