my nights are illuminated
by lighthouse and lovers
aqua seas kissing the shore
skies with kaleidoscope colors....

from opaque waxes
melted into rainbows,
cooled and swirled by
artisan hands

each flicker a memory
calling through the darkness,
the visual reminder
turning here to there,

a golden glow
paints the past
with the warmth
time had chilled
