Beginnings

The first tender steps,
footprints in newly fallen snow, fleeting, momentary
Moving forward, following you,
carefully merging our paths to one

Tentative movements, shyly revealing
dreams and desires once forgotten
Seeking acceptance, understanding and
the power to see me as I am

Need ripples through me, ever expanding
as You begin to touch me with your thoughts
To please You, to feed Your dominance, to feel Your power
Will make me complete

Candlelight dances across shadows,
as I kneel before You, my Mistress
The beginning-becoming, emerging,
as I submit my will to Yours.

Yin and Yang, Domme and sub
Compelled to unite
Ephemeral alone, but together
become eternal
