I often wonder what you see
When your eyes are covered over
By that soft strip of velvet
Wrapped over your ears
And tied in a bow behind your head
Muffling the already quiet sound of me pacing the the room.
How does it feel
To be exposed to me
Of your own will
At your own request
Giving yourself to me
Your submission
The one gift I've yet been denied?
Do you know I'm in the room?
You can't see me
And the only thing you can hear
Is the faint buzzing
From the back massager
Placed on the cotton mattress
Between your thighs
Plastic vibrating on skin
Tantalizingly close
To an area you probably wish it was touching
You know you could get it right into position
Take yourself to wherever you go
When tension
Finally gives way to release
You would just have to pull a little on the restraints
Tethering your wrists and ankles
To the four poster bed
Just tense your body
That's all you'd have to do
Maybe, just maybe
I'm not in that room
Watching you trapped
In a choice between patience
And pure indulgence.
But maybe I am.
Maybe this is a trick.
What's to stop me moving it a little further away
Taking away your chance
To prove that you're in control
Because you are in control
Aren't you?
Your face is a calm emotionless mask
Surely that proves that you're in control
Doesn't it?
So why is your heartrate increasing?
Why are the muscles in your inner thighs quivering?
Why the sudden sharp intake of air
As a mouth closes over a nipple
Rolling it between lips, tongue and an ice cube
Which trails all over your chest
Before being left to melt on your stomach
It's cool liquid finding its way downwards
Towards warmth
For a moment
Your face becomes a mask of conflicting emotions
Which I see you struggle to control
Although I don't know what you feel
Behind that velvet strip
