blame it all on me

I'm sorry

     I've been having a hard time disappearing lately

You know the trick-

     you sit perfectly still until the gaps collapse

     one by one and wave after wave          and

     suddenly you are transparent as a window

          you can look out and see

          the clouds have parted

          and the sky is still as blue

          as the deep blue sea...

but don't blame it on the weather-

     it's beautiful in Texas this time of year...

          blame it all on me.
