In the sea of lights, my eyes grow stiff
endless driving for one last kiss

Cruising forever for someone that I can not have
wishing that I never left

I do still love her, and I want her to see
that Im better off as a memory

I do still want her, no matter what I say
maybe with time, maybe another day

To far apart, distance is my enemy
both with cheating hearts, only are souls are together for eternity

No one can break that bond, but as hard as I try
I refuse to forget her,

Waking at first light, blind without her
arms holding tight that which I can not have

It tears me apart, inside is fright
next to my lover who I have lost to the night

Just one last kiss, the taste of your lips
I drove all night, with just one thought

I want you, I need you, only Im blind to see
the thought of us, can never be
