Afford me your trust, it is the basic rule
To bind your body with ties, chain and wood
With words that only speak from true
A promise, to cherish your gift with guidance forthcoming
To reveal to you what you already knew

That now you will not find it easy, nor the same
The binds I tie only grant pleasure, a release from pain
Of the daily grind, something most are subject to shame
But a new life is coming
From now these binds are not to hinder, but to gain
