Breaking A Vacuum

Funny how a vacuum is,
The ones I’ve seen I mean;
Once created,
they’re confiscated
By an inflowing rushing stream.
Of course my science is not
Exact, not scientific I mean,
For most of vacuums I have lost
Fill air with professor’ scream!
