A parody of Britney Spear's song Lucky

This is a story about a girl named Britney.....

Half past noon she wakes up
Drunk again
Shock, shock, shock at the door
It's time fro yet another courtroom appearance
Gotta flash the waiting press a smile
Maybe run over a foot or two
Make another bombshell headline on the 6 'o clock news
It's what they're all waiting for
They go...
Here comes Britney
That once so hot Hollywood girl
And she says....

CHORUS

I used to be so lucky, I was a star
Now I cry, cry, cry in my broken lonely heart thinking
If I had't been so stupid and messed up my life
These tears would't keep on coming at night

Got lost in an image, in a dream
There was no one there to wake her up
And for a while the world kept on spinning and she kept on winning
Then came her horror when suddenly it all stopped
And now she says

I used to be so lucky, I was a star
Now I cry, cry, cry in my broken lonely heart thinking
If I had't been so stupid and messed up my life
These tears would't keep on coming at night

"Best actress and the winner isn't.....Britney!"
"I'm Ramona Thompson for Has Been Pop Star's News waiting outside the bar for Britney!"
"Oh my God! Here she comes!"

Repeat Chorus 2X

2007 Ramona Thompson
