Can’t see through the tears that are blinding
Longing to voice my own final words
Lacking the opportunity

Can’t find the bottom of my empty heart
Wanting to fill it again with what was
Being denied the privilege

Hearing only echoes
Through the chambers of my soul
“Can you hear my cries?”

Exploitation? Not if one was willing
Knowing full well what lay ahead
Accepting the boundaries that were in place!

Being robbed the option of choice
Left alone with nothing to hold
In the dark with no end

No where to go
Hate where I am
Want the road of no future!

What is life without those pleasures?
A depressed state of being
With hopeless potential of living.

Drained of love there is no hope.
