We hold each other close
and long to stay just so
in your eyes I see my dreams
even ones I don't yet know
our hearts soar and energies surge
as together you and I, our
souls and bodies do merge
like a bowing willow
we bend and entwine
to the heights of sensation
our passion does climb
strumming and humming
our heart beats dance
thrumming drumming
we're caught in a trance.
