an ageless crystalline entity
wades into a dark chimera
of drizzling distant drifts.

through portal-ed worlds
of terrestrial hues he dreams.
mind converges into
a tantalizing waterfall
for solace.

the flow of the mystic void
holds him suspended in human myst
as he watches an unfolding face
changing through the cascade.

bronzed stained eyes taunt
his peaceful space.
worn white robe flowing in wavelets
speaks to him of love.
in that moment ,
 his eyes silently slip the
garment from the shoulders
of this whimsical, winsome wraith
and devour her mouth still
whimpering, still wonted

reaching out , the heart bleeds
as he awakens,
 grasping
shreds of lace from the body of
blue rain.
