In the wilderness that is you
I spread fingers to forage
through hillocks, valleys
knolls, and titular sunsets
in damp forests of excitement.
~
In the wilderness that is you
my lips have teased heavens peaks
nuzzled fruit nutty earlobes
while tangled in tresses scented
with spring’s promise, and rain.
~
In the wilderness that is you
I have sailed to Valhalla
on tongued whispers
dining on the rich flavor
of life, love, and you.
