Close your eyes and come with me,
Deep inside your mind to forgotten memories.
We’ll take the trip together hand in hand.
To a place of forgotten time, and land.
We’ll sail along a path of beauty and color,
filled with sights and sounds, as we hold on to each other.
Images flash by as we travel along,
from another place we hear the lyrics of song.
Sweetly touching as we draw near,
to loves tender song, we shed a tear.
Drifting deeper into forgotten places,
visions of happiness on lovers faces.
Reaching out, trying to capture each memory,
we realize it’s not meant to be.
Tears stream down our faces,
as our journey continues to different places.
Searching onward until we find,
the gentle place so kind.
Where love grows and never rests.
Our journey together, searching for love is the best.
So close your eyes and come with me,
on a journey of love through eternity.
