Congratulations

Great, a new born baby!
Is it a boy or a girl?
Wondering if maybe,
The kid is mine or Earl’s?

You were too drunk at that party,
And I wasn’t the only one,
In hindsight, I was foolhardy,
Didn’t know Dad owned a shotgun.

After seeing the baby,
Holding the kid and spending time,
No and, if, but, or maybe,
I know that baby is mine.

Don’t worry about anything,
Really, this is not so bad,
I will take care of everything,
After all, I am the Dad.

And the point is?

Beyond the smirking and the "male spreads sperm" factors, what are you saying? In some ways this is worse than "Daily news". Still it's something. Something is never nothing.
