Crushed down beneath a mass of angry cloud
there is a line of timid morning sky
that soon will be completely blotted out:
it is the clouds as yet that carry clout
and yet it will be morning by and by.

nice intertwine of sound, nice use of sound to portray the feeling, feel the weight. and then by,by, Technically the end can be read either way, either as resignation or hope.
