Like summer lightning she doth appear
Buoyed on hypnotic heartbeat rhythm
Bloodpulse, like summer's heat, enclosing.

As shrouded chrysalis she moves not.
Extruded tension, filament web
Surrounds her, potential, quiescent.

She moves. Veiled Cocoon unfurls her wings.
Both Queen and Monarch, she darts and floats.
We are her captives, pheromone held.

Heartbeat quickens, colours flash and blind.
Those whom She is about to destroy
She will first make mad, deliciously.

Dissipates the mist of madness bright.
The pulse recedes, the stopped breath resumes.
She shows mercy, we are now restored.
