Darkness takes my wasting, weary hand
Leading me from where I always stand
Dragging me to the vast, open unknown
From where I was so very, so very alone
To where? I am not always sure I know
I only follow, there to follow, once to go
Black, bleak, blind ,fumbling in the dark
Going to places, forlorn, ebony and stark
Then I am not alone, but amongst company
Where there were few there are now many
Where am I you may ask, and certainly do
I am in deepest darkest Hell; there with you
