Desert Rain

I've been so long in the aridness
parched and stumbling
alone and lost

unexpectedly you come
as a morning rain
shockingly drenching me

I peel off clothes
so you can saturate me
open my mouth
to drink you
try to hold you in my palms
but you trickle through my fingers
into the sand

as the sun rises higher in the sky
you evaporate
a mist gradually fading

on my knees I cry out for more
but my words swirl away in the dust
toward vast emptiness

So hot!

You are very good. This is a well written piece dripping with hotness!
