Secret fantasies and dreams

streak across my heart like moonbeams

Ever striking out to be appeased

ever hidden to continue its tease.

Once it was free to express

and in that time all became a mess

Now locked away in a world of its own

All it has done is grown.

So wild and untamed like a wild flower

That if let loose with its power

Would run rampant and devour

Carrying me up to that high tower

That once I look down and into the crowd

Anything I see only to be enshrouded

In tears of silver with warmth and need

Setting myself and those with me to be freed.

Never to be captured by our own desires

Nor trapped as each single dream aspires

To break down the walls and let another in

To fuse and burst in lustful sin.

Well told of fantasies and desires;

like life, growing

demanding to be shared and freed...
