DIMENSIONLESS

By JC STREET © 2004 belfeirsde 941127

You appear
dimensionless
from neither this nor that world, a figment--
time shift on a journey of doom, you have
wafted down on a dream
dimensionless

not of this age nor time but
curiously disrupted
out of your astral mantle, out of time’s cloak, yet
finding moments of Grace
among the charred limbs, ivory
tusks not used, spare blades these
coppered by blood fall
