So many times you’ve told me,
That what you see is what you get,
I’m not really sure if what I see is real,
I’m not sure if what I see is what I want.

I don’t know who you are,
Underneath the mask you wear,
So what I see isn’t real,
I’m certain I don’t want this.

You’ve always been so shallow,
Or was it me that was shallow?
What you see is what you get.

I’m certain that there’s more,
To you then what I see,
I remind myself that I shouldn’t judge you,
By your cover, it’s what’s in-between that matters.

Thinking all these things it,
Makes me wonder,
What’s really written on your pages?

seeing

What you see ~ ain't necessarily what you get. Do you really want it?

When I look in my crystal ball...I see trouble on the horizon... disatisfaction... and big legal bills from divorce lawyers. Dump him now, don't wait for later.

Whenever you choose someone, you'll have a lifetime between the covers discovering all that's contained therein.
