I walk the streets of downtown,
and everywhere
I see your shadow.
The café we laughed in,
the corner
where you broke your heel,
the quiet bar
that I loved,
and you hated.
The memories come
so thick,
I brush them away
to see the sidewalk.
How fitting
that the places
we were so happy
now make me sad,
and the quiet bar
that you hated
is where I go
to cry over you.

Tissues Please...

Now I need a happy one. That really stirs up a lot of emotion. Thanks

I'm not gonna cry, I'm not gonna cry

It made me feel sad, so it is very good.

I've been to that quiet bar to cry...

I like it

It maynot have the wording must people like, I found

it easy to digest and understand. This subject is

about the pain of a broken heart and doesn't need to be

fancy, just the truth. I like how you wrote this. The images are in black and white and seem real.
