Dwellings of A Soul

A smile upon your eyes,
Dwell in the inner shine,
Star and heavens,
Let it all be mine...

Up, above the starry sky,
Dwell the soul of inner peace,
Stars, behold, the journey at ease,
Shall bliss accompany my cry?

Echoes upon my soul,
The voice engulfs me,
Hold me in place,
Echoes of my heart,
Shall I say a prayer?

Behold a dream to hold,
Mother, see my inner peace,
Father, see my voice,
Sister, hold me...

That time flies by,
Oh that ship sails by,
Leaving my soul lost,
In its treacherous maze...

When does a heart break?
The heart dies at mortality
The heart congealed at treachery,
The heart shrivels at mockery,
Shall revenge be your religion?
Or shall love be your light?

Passion burns one soul,
Sisters sing me another song,
Brother keeps me safe,
Friends keep me wise,
Mother shed my tears,
Father be my light,
In my time of darkness...
