Every tear that falls
stings of every second
without you.
Every breath I almost take
stills has the scent of you
Your crumbs on my floor
your boxers draped across
this chair we have shared long
before.
Oh darling, most delicious
You've always left me wanting
Ever so much more
The years have flown by
Why do I still find love that
only grows stronger, never wanting to die?
Things that can't happen
Things that shall never be
If I cry hard enough, and off to sleep
Perhaps your dreams will bring
them all to me!
