Stand on a cliff and watch the clouds go by. Feel the breeze and watch the birds fly. See the sun roll through the sky, never knowing or questioning, why? Raise your arms, hold them out, take a deep breath and roll your head about. Close your eyes and see the trueth that's hidden, Deep within The social road of the unridden. Hold you breath as long as you think you can plus a second or two, then slowly let it out and feel as if you flew. Do this more and keep the feeling going, even when you're not on the cliff... you know you're still flowing..
