There is silence all around me as
I listen to the sound of my own heart.
There is chaos all inside me and it seems
Like my own world might fall apart.
My emotions are conflicting and I
Don't know who I am anymore.
It's like the feelings that surround me
Are always doing battle - they're at war.
My heart is screaming at me and
I know the truth will hit me, give it time.
I'm so tired of pretending everyday
I'm doing well, I'm doing fine.
It's not the truth and I know it but
I just can't let them see all that is real.
I don't even know myself
What i think, why I act, how I feel.
