Raining down on a shocked world
the fiery boulders of this suddenness.
Too long held back the fire inside
to come on easy: fierce, abrupt

and unforgiving on the cold ground
formed by mere habit, by mere time;
plain arousal of force restricted,
scorching unreason – skin peels in blisters

and the tall trees shrivel like grass
burnt in autumn, the stench of hair
shrunk to the scalp in the outburst's passion,
pent-up anger unleashed, the bridle broken,

one-sided well-being, but short, short...
Regret is a coat of ashes falling,
a smashed-up quay – the last grey ship
is slowly leaving the deserted port.

at that

must have been a hell of a blow up, overkill, sorry i don't share the others enthusiasm

didn't vote though, may be fear, doubt it

this also doesn't match "bridle broken"

the stench of hair

shrunk to the scalp in the outburst's passion/

one-sided well-being

now i am assuming that this is a blow up of the human kind, passion, anger etc.

if so, nobody said anything? no words?

if not, clean up you have a nice volcano poem.

Rage...

...is the most violent emotion of all, if left unattended.
