In the still of a night left yet again alone,

your mind started to wander, searching for a home.

What temptations boil deep within a heart seemingly content,

it’s nights like these that cause illicit desire to ferment.

As you seek solace in things once seemingly obscure,

you find a new home in things previously seen unpure.

The lust is compelling, overwhelming so,

your mind begins to question, yet in your heart, you already know.

To find the courage for that first step, to tempt your fate,

you seek out a partner, an accomplice, your mate.

Together you learn first each other needs and desires,

then finding the fuel within to feed those intimate fires.

It is a dark journey measured at time in both pleasure and pain,

viewing your life through this prism you see so much to gain.

You yearn for freedom, yet bound within capture,

the gift you receive matches the gifts you give, the result is rapture.

You look at yourself now each day anew,

and see the same person, but you know it’s not true.

The outside world knows the same you,

but inside yourself you know how much you grew.
