Helpless under the weight of hope
Trapped here behind the walls
Made from those we've lost
The light of day shines through cracks
We fight and say our pain will not last
Then it all fades to shadow
Throwing our lives away
To tear it all down
To hear the cries again
We will not let it end
We stand, we fight
We never say goodbye
But now, we leave
Our pain for the grief
Never again
Will we lose and fade away
We will not fade to shadow
Restless above the lives of man
Looking down from these walls
Made from those they've lost
The hate and pain burns through love
They wait in vain for the day it ends
The day heaven descends
Looking up to the sky
See the king of pain
See the thing we despise
We will not hear your lies
We stand, we fight
We never wave goodbye
Our lives, we leave
For those who will grieve
Now and always
