Fantasy

Dear my fantasy
My dream was fresh
And I had not yet shook its dew
From the threads of my memory

I felt your hair brush against my shoulder
Now and then
Our faces were close
Lips hinting at the feather of a kiss
Our chests beat hard against the other-
The tension was larger than the sky

My ambrosia, my wettest of dreams
That fantasy which rose up
Wraithlike from another world
Or the kingdom of the fathomless seas

A belated welcome to Lit's House of Poetry {or is that ill-repute? — I get the two confused}. This is a fine and sensual little piece of erotic fantasy.
