43rd Chorus

along the north shore
bonfire blazin
red embers floating on air
crisp cool fresh...
lake breeze gently
caressing cheeks, skin
dazing into the fire
hypnotized by dancing flames
a universe away my thoughts
far back in time
i feel the blood of my
ancestors stir in my veins
feel their voices,
their fears n dreams
becoming one with all
who came millenniums before
becoming one with all
who follow millenniums after
united with all by blood
