Deliberately delayed
Achieving ecstasy through inaction
Shuddering self-discipline
Staying away, holding back
Not doing the things
You most wish to do
I can’t kiss you
For only a moment
I would lose control
One minute become twenty
One evening a lifetime
One instant an eternity
Deliciously I deceive myself
Painfully I prevent
My heart’s fall
