Freedom and religion can't co-exist,
The hypocrites of power won't let it.
They take pride in destroying happiness,
But their self-righteous attitude's unfit!

Freedom and religion can't co-exist,
Because they have to have complete control.
Not of just your body but how you think,
Religion wants to twist and own your soul!

Religious institutions always bind,
And they'll denounce everything that feels good.
Most religious folks are really bigots,
And want YOU to do what THEY say you should!

Freedom and religion CAN'T co-exist,
Religion hates Freedom for what it is!
Narrow-minded folks force THEIR OWN "Ideals,"
And aren't happy, unless they end your bliss!!

Freedom and religion CAN'T co-exist,...........

That is so true I have just realized today in the matter of fact. another thing religion have in common is that they seem to force you to repent by repeatly saying 'be good repent' the only defrence is thsy all teach it in defrent styles. And this is coming from a MORMON that is why I advoide church when ever possable. Stupid me why did I join? Maby I was just young, stupid and easly minuplated.

For substance

As anyone reading any poetry I've ever put on here, I can't really comment on poetry-but this is a 5 for the content and substance-which is more important to me than if it's a great or good or whatever work of poetry according to how things are to be done. Interesting thoughts
